How to Order

Ordering / Payment / Postage

How to order

To place an order, please e-mail me with your details and postal address,  the item/s code, description, quantity and colour  that you would like to purchase & how you wish to pay.

After I receive your order I will mark any of your items that are one offs with HOLD  until I receive your payment then SOLD for a short period.  Please finalise your purchase within 7 days.

Goods can be held with a deposit for 3 months with final payment due in the 3rd month, if the sale has not been finalised within the 3 month period the goods go back into stock and your deposit is forfeit, unless you contact me and make special arrangements for a longer payment period.  This arrangement is on an individual basis and at my discretion.

Please Note: All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars.

Payment Options

I accept payment via:
PayPal (Local & All Overseas purchases)  (I will email you a PayPal invoice)

PayPal charges me 2.4% on every payment I receive, as you can appreciate this adds up, from 1st May 2009 I will be passing

this fee on to my customers as most internet sellers do, the fee will appear as a separate item on your PayPal invoice.
Bank Deposit / transfer (I will email you the details)
Money Orders & Bank Cheque (in AUD only)

Overseas buyers Note:  You can check exchange rates on http://www.xe.com/ucc/  for reference purposes, PayPal rates may differ slightly from xe.com.

Postage

For most orders within Australia unless you specifically request otherwise, I use Express Postage as it is fast & able to be traced.
Troupe purchases may be shipped together to save on postage.
Postage will be calculated on your total order.   Please be assured that I will do my best to get your goods to you undamaged & ASAP.

I DON'T charge handling fees, your total postage cost includes postage & packaging only!

NOTE: I SHIP ORDERS ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS

ONCE YOUR PAYMENT CLEARS

Overseas orders. I will try to find the best option for you, Air Freight is usually preferred as it is fast & reliable and is quite reasonably priced.

Please note: Triballine is not responsible for your goods once they enter the Australian postal service, if you are concerned about the loss of goods through the postal service then it is a good idea to insure them for a reasonable additional fee as charged by Australia Post.

Returns:

Please choose your goods carefully as I accept returns on faulty goods only, if an item has been specially ordered in for you there is no refund available unless it is faulty.   Jewellery items are sold as is and are not refundable.  Postage on returned items is at your expense unless the return is a result of  my error, ie: wrong size or colour.

Refunds take the form of a store credit or a Credit through the original payment method for the original cost of the goods not including postage costs.

       All returned products must be:
      1. Unused, and / or in original condition.
      2. Returned within 7 days of delivery

      3. No refunds on Special Order Items unless faulty

Please Note:
The items on this website form part of my collection of tribal trappings from Afghan, Pakistan, Turkoman & Kuchi tribes of Central Asia and from Rajasthan India.

These pieces are authentic, worn & pre-loved items some many decades old.    In many cases the piece will not be in pristine condition, it may need a gentle clean or airing, perhaps a dangle or stone is missing, perhaps there are dings here and there, and the metal has an aged look.... but this adds to its character.

Kuchi, Afghani & Turkoman jewellery pieces are often made from "gillit", a mixed metal that is mostly brass, nickel, and old melted down coins - low silver content is common, most stones are set in place with wax.

PLEASE......

take the time to study each picture to see if this piece really is for you before you purchase.

If you have any problems or queries with a purchase or  would like me to look for a special piece for you or would like to arrange a troupe purchase please email me.
