ORDERING

These swords will be a stocked item from January 08.  I have had a good deal of interest in these swords most particularly the Balady Scimitar, if you are interested in purchasing a sword please email me with your details / questions and I can reserve one for you. I will take orders on a first come first served basis. 

Please note there is no troupe discount offered on the these as they are at discounted  price already.

Swords weigh approx 1.5 KG ea so your postage within Australia via registered post and will be approx $20.00ea, I will combine postage for troupe / multiple purchases.

THE  BALADY SCIMITAR 

This sword is a replica of the well known Cas Hanwei (Iberia) Scimitar

	the Scimitar features an unsharpened stainless steel blade
	has a brass hilt and pommel and a wood grip
	comes with a fitted black leather sheath
	the sword has an overall length of 34.75" / 88.3cm  and a blade length of 27.5" / 69.8cm
	the sword weighs 2.9 lbs or 1.315 KG
	This sword will balance edge up for belly dancing, and each sword is tested for balance before shipping.

THE MOORISH SCIMITAR

	the sword has a brass guard and pommel and a wood grip
	the sword comes with a fitted black leather scabbard
	the sword weighs approx 2lb 14oz / 1.3kg
	the sword has an overall length of 34" / 86.5cm  and a blade length of 24.5" / 62.3cm
	This sword will balance for belly dancing, but does tend to lean slightly (only a couple of degrees from perfectly straight).

These swords are fierce and shinny :) They are going to be amazing Bellydance props. They were so cheap that I got two. They look great and they balance.
