Tribal and Trance Festival 2008

Taster Concert - Elements: a Tribal Exploration

 

The festival is on again this year and bookings are now open for the

Festival Taster Concert - titled Elements: a Tribal Exploration',

 

The concert details are:

 

Date:         Friday 16th May 2008

Where:      St George Auditorium, 16 Montgomery Street, Kogarah

Time:         7:30pm - 10pm     2 x 1 hour sessions plus 20min interval

Cost:          $35 ea        Concession: $28

                 You qualify for a Concession price if you have a valid Child,

                     Student or Pensioner card.

                     Please send a copy of your valid concession card with your payment.

                     Please note: no refunds will be given for cancelled tickets

 

 

The taster will showcase some of the festival teachers and professionally performing troupes.

This year Debra Napier from Urban Qabila (formerly UrbanTurban) is taking over from Devi Mamak (Ghawazi Caravan) as festival co-ordinator.

 

Also this year our international guests are the incredible Heather Stants and Sara Plaisted of Urban Tribal Dance Company, San Diego.
